Leuven, Belgium – 26 August 2024 – 17:30 CET, Crescent NV – Crescent NV (EURONEXT: OPTI) – has been informed by the succession of the late Mr. Jan Callewaert that the shareholding of the estate is less than 1% (of the total number of securities conferring voting rights), contrary to the information that CRESCENT NV had in its possession to date.
Subsequently, the FSMA investigation revealed that the reduction of the Crescent shareholding of the late Mr. Jan Callewaert took place by means of numerous stock exchange transactions in the period between his most recent transparency notification of 5 August 2019 and the end of May 2021.
In view of this new information, the Crescent website will now be adjusted accordingly, and the 6.62% that was mentioned in the shareholding of the succession of the late Mr. Jan Callewaert will be shifted to the Free Float, so that the latter will now be at 56.14%.
In accordance with the statutes, the threshold from which a shareholding must be disclosed is set at 3%.
