REGULATED INFORMATION – Crescent confirms appointment of KPMG as auditor

Crescent announces that KPMG Bedrijfsrevisoren has been appointed as auditor of Crescent. KPMG’s appointment covers at least the current financial year and, without an intervening appointment to the contrary by the general meeting of shareholders, also the two subsequent financial years.
