Crescent confirms the completion of the sale of its 2invision companies to the Odin Groep.
Odin Groep is a leading Provider of IT-related managed services in the Netherlands.
Through the proceeds of this transaction, more than €5 mio of historical and other financial charges and liabilities will be eliminated to ready Crescent for profit-generating growth through the funding of additional working capital needs related to a very thorough strategic and operational reorientation of the company towards IoT systems and products for smart city and smart building applications.
